Math
Facts. Daily review of math facts is very beneficial. Third graders should
be continuing to work on addition and subtraction facts at the beginning of the
year. Later in the year they will begin learning multiplication facts. Fourth
and fifth graders should be proficient in multiplication/division facts. Knowing
those facts instantly will help when larger multiplication and division problems
are being used.
